Felina makes the kind of bras and underwear you stop noticing once they’re on, which is the highest compliment intimates can get. The Los Angeles brand has been at it since 1982, sells T-shirt bras in sizes up to 44H, and prices most of its range well below department-store labels, especially when you buy underwear in five- and six-packs.
It’s a good place to restock everyday basics. It’s a less good place to experiment with fit, because panties can’t be returned at all and returns on everything else cost $4.95. Know your size before you order and Felina is easy to recommend.

Shipping is free on orders over $75, and Felina Rewards members get exclusive access to offers. In October, Felina also donates a portion of sales to the charity Breast Cancer Angels. The multi-packs are where the value is: the So Smooth 5-pack works out to under $6 a pair at its current sale price.
Where Felina is strongest
T-shirt bras. This is the core of the brand. Styles like the Utopia, Lunette and Lustre are molded-cup bras meant to vanish under a fitted top, and the Utopia and Lunette run to 44H. If you wear a full-bust size and you’re tired of choosing between support and anything that looks like it belongs in this decade, the range is worth a look.
Everyday underwear. The So Smooth modal, Signature Stretch lace and organic cotton lines cover bikinis, hipsters, high-cuts, thongs and briefs, mostly in packs. Underwear sizes go up to 3X.
Loungewear and sleepwear. Robes, chemises, camisoles with built-in shelf bras, and the Jezebel by Felina line for something lacier.
Mystery packs. For $19.97 to $24.97 you get a bundle of Felina’s choosing. They’re a cheap way to stock up if you don’t mind surprises, and since many contain underwear, they’re effectively final sale.
The return policy, in plain terms
This is the part to read before checkout. According to Felina’s returns and exchanges page:
- Bras and other eligible items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase, new and unworn, in original packaging with tags.
- A $4.95 return shipping fee comes out of your refund.
- All panties are final sale. Underwear, sleepwear and loungewear must also be sealed or unworn.
- Refunds can take up to 15 working days to show up.
That’s a reasonable policy for intimates, and exchanges are easy to start online. But it changes how you should shop. Try one bra in a new style before buying three, and stick to underwear cuts and sizes you already know.
Getting the bra size right the first time
Felina has a “Find My Bra Size” guide on its site, and it’s worth using even if you think you know your size, since fit varies across styles. A few habits help:
- Measure your band snugly under the bust and your fullest bust point, then use Felina’s chart rather than another brand’s.
- Read the reviews on the exact style. Shoppers often note whether a bra runs small in the cup or tight in the band.
- Compare the style type. A plunge fits differently from a full-coverage or front-close bra, even in the same size.
- Order early in the 30-day window so you have time to exchange.
What owners complain about
The praise is consistent: soft fabrics, comfortable everyday wear, a broad size range and good prices on packs. Reviewed, the product-testing site, liked Felina’s comfort-first basics in its hands-on look at the brand.
The complaints are consistent too:
- Fit varies by style. Some shoppers find certain bras run small or tight, while others say the same styles are true to size.
- Support is light on some styles. These are everyday bras, not high-impact or heavy-support designs.
- Customer service. Reviews on Trustpilot and complaint sites mention slow email replies, trouble reaching a live person, and return-label hiccups.
None of these is unusual for an online intimates brand. Together they’re a good argument for buying styles that suit you and building from there.

Felina vs department-store brands and other picks
Next to the bra and underwear brands you’d find at a department store, Felina’s full prices are similar or a little lower, and its sale prices on multi-packs are often much lower. What you give up is the ability to try things on in a fitting room and the more generous return terms some big retailers offer.
If you’re shopping beyond intimates, our clothing and eyewear reviews cover very different styles: Joyfolie for romantic boutique dresses, PatPat for budget family clothing and matching outfits, and BestSecret for discounted designer labels. For special occasions, see Missacc. Everything sits under our fashion section.

Who should skip Felina
Skip it if you need high-support or sports bras, if you like to order several sizes and send most back, or if you want underwear you can return. The pros and cons are summarized below.
Our verdict on Felina
Felina does comfortable, good-looking everyday intimates at fair prices, with real size range in its T-shirt bras and some of the best multi-pack value we’ve seen. The return rules are strict on underwear and cost a few dollars on bras, so it suits shoppers who know their fit. Find a style that works and Felina is an easy brand to come back to.
