Processing comes before shipping. Made-to-order bridesmaid dresses take roughly 7 to 15 days to produce, while some standard-size styles are marked “Ships in 48hrs” and leave within 2 business days. Returns and cancellations
This is the section to read before you order.
Custom-made items. Dresses made to your measurements or customized at your request can’t be returned for a change of mind. You still have your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or incorrect, and Missacc asks for photos of the original order.
Standard sizes. For non-faulty returns, you tell Missacc within 14 calendar days of receiving the item, then send it back within 14 days. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and tagged where possible. Postage costs are deducted, and the refund can be reduced if an item has been handled beyond normal inspection.

Alteration help. For custom-fit dresses that still need tailoring, Missacc reimburses part of a tailor’s bill if you send the receipt: up to $20 on dresses of $99 or less, $30 on $100 to $159, $40 on $160 to $199 and $60 above $200.

Feedback on Missacc is mixed, as it is for most made-to-order bridal sites. The praise centers on price, colors and dresses that look close to the photos. The complaints are predictable:
- Fit problems on custom orders, often traced to measuring

Sizing deserves extra care because the policy puts measurement errors on you. Missacc produces custom items from the numbers you submit and isn’t responsible for fit issues caused by incorrect measurements. - Ask about color samples if your palette matters, and compare any sample in daylight.
- Measure with a helper, using Missacc’s size chart, and wear the shoes and underwear you’ll wear on the day.
- Order early. Allow production, shipping and at least one alteration.
- Cancel within 24 hours if you change your mind, to get a full refund.
